The most talked-about book of the year has been available for weeks. The tome’s revelations have rocked the Beltway and journalism circles alike.

The fallout has only begun.

Yes, President Joe Biden was suffering from an undisclosed cognitive impairment, and it dramatically impacted his Oval Office days. The book’s findings reveal Legacy Media corruption on a grand scale, even if its activist authors won’t admit it.

The book leaves one unanswered question that demands an answer. Just who was the President for the past four years?

Late-night comedians aren’t remotely curious as to the answer. Heck, they’ve collectively ignored the shocking details from authors Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s book, with the exception of Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld.

Fox News scoured recent late-night monologues from Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and company. The results? They collectively ignored both the book and its bombshell revelations.

The most outspoken late-night hosts have gone silent amid the recent revelations of Joe Biden’s cognitive decline after years-long cozy relationships with the former president….

Despite all the headlines the book has generated, liberal comedians Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and Seth Meyers have not mentioned any of the revelations, according to Grabien transcripts.

Truth to power? Jokes ripped from the latest headlines? Sorry, this topic was off-limits for these alleged satirists.

It gets worse.

Fox News notes something else tied to late-night liberal hosts, a topic HiT has been covering for months. Colbert and Kimmel took turns hosting fundraisers for President Biden last summer, and neither told their audiences just how diminished the Commander-in-Chief was after seeing him up close.

Kimmel misled viewers about Biden’s cognitive state, telling Americans not to trust their eyes. That’s after late-night comics refused to joke about the world leader’s obvious decline for years – until the June 27 debate where Biden’s mental fog crushed his re-election dreams.

Kimmel did it again last week on a separate but vital matter.

Americans saw how “60 Minutes” edited a crucial interview with Vice President Kamala Harris weeks before Election Day last year. The far-Left news program teased one Q&A snippet of Harris answering a tough but fair question tied to the Israel/Palestinian conflict.

The program later aired the same question on the program accompanied by an entirely different, more coherent, response from Harris. She went from wobbly to resolute, courtesy of CBS editors.

That’s Deceptive Editing 101. It’s also why President Donald Trump is suing CBS News and refused to accept the network’s $15 million offer.

We saw and heard the two very different Harris responses. It’s clear as day.

The “60 Minutes” edit occurred when Harris responded to correspondent Bill Whitaker’s question on Israel. In the promotional clip, Harris stated, “The work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region.”

Word Salad 101.

In the edited version of the interview that aired, Harris replied to the same question by stating, “We are not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end.”

Cue Kimmel lying once again despite the truth being available for all to see.

…Trump, who never misses an opportunity to, A, whine and, B, abuse the legal system, claimed, based on no evidence [emphasis added], that ’60 Minutes’ edited the interview deceptively to make his opponent look better.”

Why wouldn’t the courts throw out Trump’s case if he had “no evidence?” Is Kimmel unaware that we have access to both of Harris’ answers and can see for ourselves how different they are?

Maybe yes. Maybe no. It doesn’t matter.

Late-night comedians will hide or blur the truth to fit their ideological agendas. There’s nothing funny about that.
