Kathy Griffin: Trump Stole the 2024 Election
Trump Derangement Syndrome has a sliding scale.
On one hand, stars like George Clooney suggest President Donald Trump may target them for criticizing the real estate mogul.
On the other?
Some on the far, far Left contend Trump stole the 2024 presidential election. His landslide victory wasn’t real, they alleged. He rigged it, with a little help from his now frenemy Elon Musk.
Proof? Evidence? Anything that points to a tainted victory?
We’re still waiting.
Comedienne Kathy Griffin falls into this category. The cutup made headlines in 2017 when she posed with a bloody Trump head, severed in ISIS style. She apologized, then recanted her mea culpa, watching her career collapse in slow motion.
They even made a movie about it in 2019.
Now, Griffin is telling former CNN employee Don Lemon that Trump stole the 2024 election. To her credit, she called her assessment a “tin-foil hat moment.”
That didn’t stop her from saying it. The Chief Nerd on X shared the exchange.
GRIFFIN: “I do not think Trump won in a free and fair election. I believe there was tampering. I don’t know if it was the Elon connection … My gut is telling me that something was up with them.”

“I’m gonna be bold and say this … I do not think [Trump] won in a free and fair election,” she told Lemon. “I believe there was tampering. I don’t know if it was the Elon [Musk] connection. I don’t know if it was a few good ol’ boys in the South.”
“I’ll take heat for this, and people are gonna say I’m crazy, but I’ve been called crazy before, Don,” she said.
Fact check: True.
“You’re not far off. I won’t say that I disagree with you,” said Lemon, a low-ratings magnet on CNN, before calling himself an “evidence person.”
The gals at “The View” appear to be on the same page. Earlier this week, the hosts discussed Musk and Trump, suggesting Musk knew how Trump had stolen the 2024 election.
Newsbusters shared a conversation from the ABC News showcase digging into the complex Trump/Musk bond. Here’s a telling exchange between co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg.
BEHAR: So, Trump should be afraid of [Musk] because he –
GOLDBERG: I think Trump is afraid of him.
BEHAR: – because he has the receipts on the election too.
GOLDBERG: I think he is afraid of him.
Not to be outdone, the actress who fled America to avoid Trump 2.0 previously suggested the president stole the 2024 election.
“I question why for the first time in America history a president has won every swing state and is also best friends and his largest donor was a man who owns and runs the internet,” [Rosie] O’Donnell said.
Hollywood collectively said President Trump stole the 2016 election, leaning into the now-debunked Russian collusion hoax promoted by Legacy Media outlets. Showtime aired a two-part miniseries on that lie, “The Comey Rule.”
The pay network never apologized for the film’s misleading content.
