Nick Cannon’s son, Moroccan, is paying tribute to his dad on Father’s Day.

“Happy Father’s Day pops. I love you so much dad,” Moroccan wrote in a sweet post shared via Instagram on Sunday, June 15. “You’ve always been there for me and helped me with whatever problem I’m dealing with at any time and any place. Thank you for raising me to be the dude I am today. You’re the best. Enjoy today father!!!”

The celebratory post included a series of photos featuring Nick over the years, who is dad to 12 children with six different women. The competition TV host shares twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; sons Golden Sagon and Rise Messiah Cannon and daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell; twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa; son Legendary Love with Bre Tiesi; and daughter Onyx Ice Cole with LaNisha Cole.

Cannon is also father to two children with Alyssa Scott, daughter Halo Marie Cannon and son Zen, who died at five months old in December 2021.

Moroccan’s sister, Monroe, also wished her dad a special day in the comments section, writing, “Happy Father’s Day Daddy” along with a red heart emoji.

Cannon has made headlines for his large brood as well as how difficult it can be for him to be present in all 12 of his children’s lives.

“Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children,” Cannon said during a December 2022 episode of The Checkup with Dr. Agus. “One ‘cause I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin.”

Despite the challenges that come with fathering 12 children, Cannon still wants to expand his family. During a March episode of his podcast “We Playin’ Spades,” Cannon clarified that he has no plans of getting a vasectomy before adding that while obtaining permanent birth control “may be the responsible thing to do” he’s “not done” having children.

“I’m feeling judged,” he added at the time.

When Cannon’s co-host Courtney Bee asked the actor why he wants to have more children, he simply replied, “Why not?” When asked if he wants to expand his family with the six mothers to the children he already has or with another woman, he said, “I don’t know. I leave it to the Lord.”
