Diddy’s Ex-Assistant Claims He Raped Her Multiple Times: ‘I Just Froze’

A woman who once worked as Sean “Diddy” Combs’ assistant claimed in her trial testimony that the music mogul raped her multiple times.
The ex-employee, testifying anonymously under the pseudonym “Mia,” took the witness stand on Thursday, May 29. She tearfully alleged that Diddy, now 55, raped her at his Los Angeles home in 2009 or 2010. (Mia is listed as Victim-4 in the indictment against Diddy.)
Mia claimed that she was sleeping in a separate room with the door unlocked, per an alleged house rule, when she woke up to find the rapper on top of her.
“I just froze. I didn’t react,” Mia said, alleging Diddy forced himself on her. “It was very quick, but it felt like forever.”

Diddy is currently on trial for sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied all the allegations against him.
Mia further accused Diddy of rape in another instance at his home, claiming he assaulted her while she was packing a suitcase in his closet.
“I felt like trash,” she said. “[I felt] scared and ashamed and like an idiot.”
Mia also claimed that Diddy sexually abused her at the Plaza Hotel during his 40th birthday party, saying the musician asked her to do a round of vodka shots together.
“I was, like, standing against the wall, and I just remembered he was talking and all of a sudden his face got closer,” Mia alleged. “I didn’t really know what was happening.”
According to Mia, Diddy “leaned in to” kiss her while also allegedly putting his hand “up the side of [her] dress.”

Elsewhere in her testimony, Mia claimed that her duties as Diddy’s assistant included setting up hotel rooms for “freak off” parties and cleaning the “destroyed” spaces afterward. She also alleged that Diddy once threw a spaghetti bowl at her head because she tried to leave the room to change her tampon. He reportedly tossed the bowl and yelled for Mia to “get the f*** out of his house.”
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and has been in jail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since then, as Judge Arun Subramanian denied his multiple requests for bail.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo told Us Weekly in a statement in September 2024. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”
