Seasons are changing — and so are the casts of Bravo’s biggest shows.

While Bravoholics are used to plenty of drama, OMG moments and surprises courtesy of their favorite programs and reality stars, even the most loyal fans were surprised by all of the recent casting announcements thrown their way in such a short amount of time.

It all began on Thursday, June 5, when Paige DeSorbo announced her exit from Summer House after seven years on the show.

In the days that followed, The Real Housewives of Potomac and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills made headlines for their cast changes.

Shocking Reality TV Exits Over the Years

And just when Bravo fans felt rested and recharged, on Monday, June 9, The Real Housewives of New York City star Brynn Whitfield had some news of her own to share.

One day after the Summer House season 9 reunion show finished airing, Paige, 32, confirmed she was leaving the show to pursue other projects.

“I have a little life update for you: I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” the “Giggly Squad” podcast cohost shared via her Instagram Stories. “Being a part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable. You’ve seen me grow up over these last seven summers. I’ll always be beyond grateful for the memories, the community, and the opportunities this wild ride has brought me. But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close.”

Rachel Zoe

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed on Friday, June 6, that the fashion designer — who starred in The Rachel Zoe Project on Bravo from September 2008 to April 2013 — is joining season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“I am beyond excited to be returning home to Bravo to join the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!” Rachel, 53, told Us in a statement. “I’ve been living my best, new life and it felt like the perfect time to come back to TV and share it all with you. Here we go … RZ 2.0!”

The news was met with excitement from some of her soon-to-be fellow costars, including Bozoma Saint John and Sutton Stracke.

“So excited you’re joining the gang!!!” Kathy Hilton commented via Instagram. “I love you!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.”

After appearing in one season of Summer House, Lexi, 27, announced she would not be returning to the Bravo show.

“Well … that wasn’t the summer I signed up for but it definitely taught me a lot,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday. “I stood up for women and for what’s right, even when it wasn’t easy and I’d do that again in a heartbeat. I’m leaving Summer House with no regrets (well … maybe one.) I’m proud of the way I handled myself, proud of what I walked away from and even prouder of what I’m walking toward. Big things are coming! Stay tuned!”

The former Real Housewives of Potomac star — who exited the reality show in 2020 after a feud with costar Candiace Dillard Bassett — is returning for Season 10, People reported on Sunday, June 8.

Although Monique, 41, has not publicly commented on the casting rumors, she was spotted filming at the DC World Pride Parade with her (assumed) fellow costars, including Ashley Darby and Stacey Rusch.

As casting continues for a future season of The Real Housewives of New York City, one controversial cast member announced on Monday that she was leaving the show.

“[It] will always be one of the most fun, chaotic and magical chapters of my life. It was the honor of a lifetime to help reboot such an iconic franchise,” Brynn wrote via her Instagram Story. “From day one, I’ve believed RHONY is a fan’s show — we’re just temporary custodians of something that truly belongs to the viewers. I hope I made you laugh (a lot), cry (a little), and more than anything — I hope there’s a TV in heaven so that Mimi (who LIVED for her shows) could watch me and be proud.”
