Sharna Burgess and Brian Austin Green Are ‘Looking at Getting Pregnant’

Sharna Burgess is ready to expand her and fiancé Brian Austin Green’s family — but it won’t happen overnight.
“I do totally want to go through this again,” Burgess, 39, said of pregnancy during the Monday, May 5, episode of the “Money Rehab” podcast. “This year is crazy, but I’m going to put out there that hopefully, maybe the end of next year, we’re looking at getting pregnant.”
The Dancing With the Stars pro — who already shares son Zane, 2, with Green, 51 — explained that she wants to start the process of getting pregnant sooner rather than later.
“Even though my eggs are fine and medicine’s wonderful, I want to be as young as I can possibly be,” Burgess said, noting that the couple plans to use in-vitro fertilization (IVF) in hopes of having a baby girl.

Burgess revealed, “I think we’ll do gender selection and do IVF because [Brian is] five for five on boys,” admitting, “Who’s gonna take a chance on that?”
Prior to welcoming Zane with Burgess, Green had eldest son Kassius, 23, with ex Vanessa Marcil. (Green and Marcil, 56, called it quits in 2003 after four years together.)
The Beverly Hills, 90210, alum was then married to Megan Fox from 2010 to 2020. During their marriage, Green and Fox, 38, welcomed three sons: Noah, 12, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 8.

Green moved on with Burgess in late 2020. Two years later, the pair welcomed their son, Zane, in June 2022. Green eventually proposed to Burgess in September 2023.
While Burgess isn’t pregnant yet, she noted on Monday that her desire to have another baby soon has also pushed her and Green’s wedding timeline.

“I don’t want to be pregnant [at the wedding] and I don’t really want to be in the first six or nine months postpartum,” Burgess told podcast listeners. “My body is still stitching itself back together and, hormonally, I’m still trying to find my balance. So the wedding is probably about two years away, but hopefully there’s another little one.”
The Australian ballroom dancer also said that she and Green “want to go big” when the time comes for their nuptials, which includes flying her whole family from overseas.
Brian Austin Green and Sharna Burgess Aren’t Focused on Wedding Planning
“I want to be able to bring everyone that I love from all over the world. I want it to most likely be a destination thing,” Burgess said, confessing, “We need a big budget for this wedding.”
For now, the couple’s big day is “on hold” partly because they don’t have a date set and also because of their current life circumstances.
“We’re also incredibly happy and busy and in our parenthood era,” Burgess added. “Trying to plan another thing on top of all the other things we already plan feels chaotic. And feels like another task we’re not prepared for right now.”
